Ingredients

6 To 8 Red Rose Potatoes (Any Potato Will Do, Adjust Quantity Depending On Type Of Potato)

1 To 2 Onions

Around 15 To 20 Baby Carrots (Regular Carrots Are Fine, Just Cut Em Up, And Adjust By Size)

1 1/2 Zucchini (This Vegetable Is Negotiable, If You Prefer Broccoli Etc., Just Substitute)

1 1/2 Table Spoons Of Garlic Powder (Fresh Garlic Is Always Good If You Want To Take The Tim, Maybe 1 1/2 Cloves)

2 Teaspoons 12 Spice Seasoning (This Is Something We Have, This Spice Is Negotiable)

2 To 3 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil

1/2 To 3/4 Cups White Wine (My Favorite Drinking, And Cooking White Wine, Is Kendall Jackson ($10 To $20 Range, It Tastes Better Than Their $30+ One), But Any White Wine Will Do)

2 Vegan Sausages (Bigger Than Hot Dog Size)

1 1/2 Tablespoons Of Vegan Butter

3/4 Cups Frozen Peas

Preparation

This Dish Is Going To Be Prepared In Layers

  1. Cover Backing/Casserole Pan In Olive Oil
  2. Preheat Oven For 375 Degrees
  3. First Layer Slice Enough Red Rose Potatoes To Cover Bottom Of Pan (Maybe 1/2 Thick Slices)
  4. Second Layer Slice Enough Onions To Spread Over Potatoes
  5. Drizzle A Tablespoon Of Olive Oil Over First Two Layers
  6. Sprinkle It All With About 3/4 Garlic Powder
  7. Sprinkle It All With Teaspoon Worth 12 Seasonings
  8. Third Layer Slice Around 3/4 Zucchini & Place Them All About (See First Picture Above)
  9. Fourth Layer Scatter A Dozen Baby Carrots About
  10. Fifth Layer Slice Another Layer Of Potatoes And Spread Them About
  11. Sixth Layer Cut Up A Vegan Sausage And Place Them All Over
  12. Place Pieces Of Vegan Butter All About (See Second Picture Above)
  13. Hit It All With Garlic Powder And 12 Spices Again
  14. Seventh Layer Hit It With Another Layer Of Onions
  15. Eighth Layer More Carrots
  16. Ninth Layer More Sausage
  17. Final Layer Spread Frozen Peas All Over The Top
  18. When Oven Is Preheated, Cover Baking/Casserole With Tin Foil, & Place In Oven
  19. Cook For 40 Minutes Or So (This Is Up To You, I Like To Be Able To Stick My Fork Through The Potatoes With Ease)
  20. Cook Last 10 Minutes Without Foil On Top
