IMG_0837IMG_0836This Was Probably My 6th Batch Of This Chili/Soup I’ve Made This Year

Ingredients

1 Can Tomato Sauce

1 Can Diced Tomatoes

6 Cans Of Beans (This Can Be Any Types Of Beans, I Used Pinto, Black, Garbonzo Etc. But It’s Totally Up To You)

2 Tablespoons Of Chili Powder

1 1/2 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil

1-3 Cups Of Water (Depending How Soupy You Want It)

1 Bag Of Frozen Mixed Vegetables (This Can Totally Be Replaced With Fresh Vegetables If You Like)

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder (Or 1 1/2 Cloves Of Fresh Garlic, Up To You)

1 1/2 Onions

*****************

Preparation

  1. Put All Ingredients Into Pot
  2. Cook On Medium, While Stirring Occasionally
  3. Cook Until Onions Are Slightly Transparent (30 To 40 Minutes Perhaps)

***************************

Wola! This Is An Extremely Simple Dish To Prepare, But Tastes Great!

Have It With Saltine Crackers, Bread With Vegan & Butter, Or With Nothing At All

Enjoy!
