Vegan Pizza… And Some Pinot Noir

It is my belief, that if you tell someone that they shouldn’t eat meat (Because of the Environment & Animals), they think… No More Cheeseburgers!

And if you say, you shouldn’t eat Dairy, (Same reasons), they think, No More Pizza!!

That is why I’m hear to say, I’ve discovered, to my surprise, how to make Vegan Pizza, that still tastes like Pizza

THE INGREDIENTS;

  1. Naan Bread
  2. Garlic Powder
  3. Oregano
  4. Tomato Sauce (Right From A Can)
  5. Vegan Cheese (Shredded Or Slices, I Prefer The White For Pizza)
  6. Toppings (I like, Vegan Sausage Slices, Fresh Tomato Slices, Pineapple, Mushrooms, Bell Peppers & Olives… But Really, The Skies The Limit)

PREPARATION;

PLACE SOME TINFOIL ON A COOKIE SHEET (OR THE TOASTER OVEN SHEET)

PREHEAT THE OVEN (OR TOASTER OVEN) FOR 350 DEGREES

PLACE THE NAAN BREAD ON THE FOIL

OPEN THE TOMATO SAUCE

3

SPREAD A LAYER (YOUR DISCRETION HOW MUCH) OF TOMATO SAUCE ON THE NAAN BREAD

4

ADD SOME SPRINKLES OF GARLIC POWDER (YOUR DISCRETION HOW MUCH)

5

ADD SOME SPRINKLES OF OREGANO (ONCE AGAIN, YOUR DISCRETION HOW MUCH)

The Oregano, I believe, is the secret to why it takes like Pizza… That, and the textures, but all of it helps

6

WOLA

7

ADD A LAYER OF TOPPINGS (NORMALLY THIS WOULD BE MUSHROOMS FOR ME, BUT THIS TIME, IT WAS ZUCCHINI SLICES)

COVER THE FIRST LAYER OF TOPPINGS IN VEGAN CHEESE (SHREDDED OR SLICES)

8

WOLA WOLA

9

ADD ANOTHER LAYER OF TOPPINGS, IN THIS CASE, YELLOW PEPPER, AND ANOTHER LAYER OF VEGAN CHEESE

10

ADD SOME MORE TOPPINGS, IN THIS CASE VEGAN SAUSAGE SLICES & PINEAPPLE

11

HIT IT WITH ANOTHER LAYER OF CHEESE (ONLY IF YOU’RE USING SHREDDED, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE TOO MUCH CHEESE) IN THIS CASE I USED ORANGE SHREDDED, AS I RAN OUT OF THE WHITE

AND PLACE ANY REMAINING TOPPINGS ON TOP, IN THIS CASE TOMATO SLICES

*********

COOK IT FOR 20 MINUTES*

*To Reduce The Chances Of The Naan Bread Sticking To The Tinfoil While Cooking, Shift/Move It Around About 6 Or So Minutes Into The Cooking… It May Still Stick A Bit, But It All Tastes The Same… Someday I Hope To Figure Out A Way So That It Won’t Stick Ever, Ha

12Wola! Vegan Pizza

You don’t have to have it with Pinot Noir… But I Highly Recommend it

Bon Appetite!
