Vegan Breakfast – Tofu Scramble


Tofu (Half A Container)

Vegan Bacon (Three Pieces)

Potato (1/2)

Zucchini (1/4)

Yellow Curry (Sprinkle Over)

Pepper (Sprinkle Over)

21 Spice (Sprinkle Over/Optional)

Shredded Vegan Cheese (A Couple Pinches, Cover Dish)

Bell Pepper (1/8)

Olive Oil (Coat Pan)

Slice Of Bread (Your Choice Of What Kind)

Vegan Cream Cheese (Enough To Cover Toast)

Salsa (1/8 Cup)


Coat Skillet With Olive Oil. Cut Package Of Tofu In Half, Then Cut Them Into Small Pieces. Crumble The Small Pieces Into The Skillet, Making Them Look Like Scrambled Eggs. Cut 1/2 Potato In To 1/2 Inch Pieces. Add Them To Pan, And Drizzle Olive Oil Over Them. Break Vegan Bacon Into Small Pieces, And Put In Pan. Cut Zucchini, And Bell Pepper. Add Them In Pan. Add All Spices, And Cheese. Cook On Low To Medium Heat. Toast Piece Of Bread. Add Vegan Cream Cheese To Bread. Put Salsa In Small Container, Or On Corner Of Plate.
