Vegan Paradise



Trying To Reduce Simple Carb Intake, While Still Getting What I Need As A Vegan


Vegan Sausage (1)

Bell Pepper (1/2)

Cabbage (2 Cups)

Broccoli (1 1/2 Cups)

Almonds (Maybe 15)

Yam (1/2)

Garlic Powder (Teaspoon, Fresh Is Better (3 Cloves)

Onion (1/2)

Yellow Curry (1 Teaspoon)

21 Seasoning And/Or Some Sort Of Mixed Seasoning (1 Teaspoon)

Olive Oil (4 Table Spoons)

Water (1/2 Cup)

Couscous (1/4 Cup)


Bake Yam @ 375 Until Fork Can Go Through It

Once Cooked, Cut It Up Into 6 To 8 Pieces, Place In Pan

Cook Couscous (Small Amount, Only Need 1/4 Cup Cooked)

Once Cooked, Add To Pan

Cut Up Half Onion, Place In Pan

Cut Up Broccoli, Put In Pan

Cut Up 1/2 Bell Pepper (I Prefer Yellow Or Orange, But Any Color Works)

Add To Pan

Add Almonds

Cut Up Cabbage, Add To Pan

Cut Up Vegan Sausage Into 10 Pieces, Add To Pan

Add Spices And Olive Oil

Cook On Medium For 5-10 Minutes

Add Water

Cover, And Cook Until You Can Put Fork In Broccoli, But Don’t Let It Lose That Bright Green Color

You Don’t Want It Mushy, Leave Some Life In It
