Vegan Lasagna

Ingredients

  1. Spaghetti Squash In Place Of Pasta
  2. Vegan Crumbled Meat
  3. Basil
  4. Oregano
  5. Green Pepper
  6. Spaghetti Sauce
  7. Vegan Cheeses (One Vegan Goat Cheese, One Vegan Provolone)
  8. Onion
  9. Broccoli
  10. Olive Oil
  11. Mushrooms

Preparation

Cut the Spaghetti Squash in half, and bake

Cook Vegan Crumbled Meat (Olive Oil in pan)

Place Olive Oil over Baking Pan

Pour a layer of Spaghetti Sauce (Homemade or Jarred) over baking pan

Place a layer of Cooked Spaghetti Squash over sauce

Place a layer of Vegan Crumbled Meat over Spaghetti Squash

Cut up some Broccoli and place a sporadic layer of it

Cut up some Green Pepper and place sporadically

Cut up some Onion and place sporadically

Cut up some Mushrooms and place sporadically

Hit the whole thing with Basil & Oregano

Place Pieces of Vegan Provolone Cheese sporadically

Place Small Pieces of Vegan Goat Cheese sporadically

Rinse & Repeat/Start again adding another layer of all items above (Not Olive Oil)

Bake on 375 25 Minutes covered in tin foil, 15 minutes uncovered
