Last Minute Vegan Lunch -Beans, Corn & Spices
INGREDIENTS
Pinto Beans (1 Can)
Frozen Corn (Half Cup)
Fresh Tomato (1)
Garlic Powder (1 Teaspoon)
Olive Oil (1 Tablespoon)
Yellow Curry (1 Teaspoon)
21 Seasoning (1 Teaspoon/Optional)
PREPARATION
Rinse Off Pinto Beans, Put In Pan. Cut Up Tomato (Maybe 8 Pieces). Pour All Ingredients Into Saucepan, and Heat On Medium.

I can find frozen corn in my market as well, but that was sweet corn. That type of corn you can find them at whole foods. I have not seen that type of corn in the Boston area, believe it or not. If u have the name of the package, can you post it?
